AULA is built for Moroccan private schools: leadership, administrators and teachers run the school from a single module, while each parent follows their child's schooling — attendance, grades, agenda, messages and fees — from a dedicated portal. Student accounts always stay linked to a guardian: no standalone student accounts.
The data AULA handles concerns minors: the app follows law 09-08 (CNDP) with guardian consent, strict data minimization, and no student photo without explicit consent. Data is hosted in Morocco, with limited retention after a student leaves and tools to exercise access or deletion rights.
AULA is a YORYX product, the software ecosystem built for the African market, starting with Morocco. It connects to the rest of the suite: school fee payments run through NUMO, and tuition receipts are backed by SALDO.
